The experience and courage to travel, study, and work simultaneously have shaped him into a person who deeply appreciates the value of struggle, hard work, and sacrifice in achieving success.
His leadership journey began at a young age during college, where he served as an activist and Chair of the Student Senate. These experiences allowed Bobby S. Laluyan (BSL)—known by his initials—to grow and develop a strong appreciation for leadership and the power of networking.
Throughout his career, BSL has had the opportunity to meet, learn from, and work with remarkable individuals, including seniors on campus, subordinates, co-workers, corporate leaders, customers, and training participants. Influential figures such as Prof. Rhenald Kasali, Ph.D. and Dr. Michael Hall, Ph.D. have further inspired him to embrace lifelong learning and continuous self-improvement.
Starting as the youngest lecturer at his university, BSL built an impressive 25-year career, reaching the Director level at Astra Group – Triputra Group – Indomobil Group – Rumah Perubahan. However, his passion for helping others led him to leave the corporate world and transition into a more fulfilling role as a Coach – Trainer – Mind Therapist to become more beneficial to many people.
Through training, coaching, and therapy, BSL empowers individuals to recognize their potential, embrace change, and maximize their abilities. His core Values—humility, open-mindedness, active listening, and the joy of helping others—guide his approach to personal and professional growth.
